Pete Maravich's accomplishments earned him a huge following in his home state of Louisiana, and he counted as his acquaintances several notable Louisianans. One of these admirers and friends was local legend Jim Moran, a Runyonesque character. This 14k gold bracelet was given to “Pistol” by “Diamond” Jim Moran. The bracelet weighs 108 grams and measures 9-1/2” long. It reads “PISTOL” in relief and the verso has been engraved with “TO “MY MAIN MAN” I Luv You - Jim Moran”. The clasp is stamped “14K”. The bracelet is in EX condition and is accompanied by a LOA from the Maravich family.
