This size 9.5, 10k gold ring weighs 21 grams. We were told by our consignor that these rings were team-issued and only made available to season ticket holders. The ring is considered scarce since not many season ticket holders took advantage of the offer. The top panel reads “LOS ANGELES LAKERS - TEAM OF THE EIGHTIES” surrounding a one carat round-cut synthetic diamond. The left panel features the official NBA logo enameled in red and blue along with laurelled leaves. The right panel features the Lakers team logo enameled in purple and “1980 1982 1985 1987 1988” in relief, commemorating the Lakers’ five NBA Championships in the 1980s. The inside of the ring is stamped “10K”, the ring is in MINT condition and is accompanied by a copy of an additional LOA.
