This jersey is originally sourced from a relative of Shaquille O’Neal. On the left front tail is the “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with four attached flag tags, “50”, “Playdry”, “2005-2006” and “+4Length”. Across the front is “JAZZ”. Player number “5”appears on both the front and back. All numbers and letters are done in navy blue tackle twill with a light blue and white embroidered border. Player name “BOOZER” appears across the back in navy blue tackle twill. At the left chest is the official NBA logo. Boozer has signed the back of the shirt in black marker rating a 6. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a copy of a letter of provenance originally signed by Shaq’s relative. Further accompanied by a full JSA LOA.
