Gold metallic hardcover "Prayer and Al-Islam” Qu’ran by Imam Warithuddin Muhammad. The interior has been signed by Ali in blue ballpoint pen with the added inscription “To Charlotte” and the date “9-29-86”. Published by the Muhammad Islamic Foundation, Chicago, Illinois, ©1982. Muhammad Ali’s hardcover biography by Howard L. Bingham. Published by Simon & Schuster, New York, New York, ©1993. The interior has been signed by Ali with his childhood nickname, “Gee Gee”, along with the added inscription, “To Aunt Eva [Clay]”. “Gee Gee” was a childhood nickname of Ali’s given to him by his mother, Odessa Clay, for his constant jabbering of “gee, gee, gee.” Ali later said it meant “Golden Gloves.” The author has also signed the same page at the top, “For Aunt Eva, You are the best, Howard L. Bingham - Nov 27-93”. The signatures are both done in blue ink and rate a 8 overall. Both books are in NRMT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
