Wooden plaque measuring 12” x 7”, a miniature red and white leather championship-style belt is attached. The ornate center plate features the casted image of a winged crown at the top and two boxers squaring off with the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame enameled in red, white, purple green and blue at the center. Several synthetic diamonds and rubies, adorn the center plate. Adjacent to the left and right are two medallions, they have been engraved to read “INDUCTED NOV. 18, 2004” and “BERT SUGAR”. The award is in EX condition.
