Program from the 4th Annual Elks Sports Award Dinner in honor of Hall of Famers Curly Lambeau (‘63), Don Hutson (‘63), Clark Hinkle (‘64), John “Blood” McNally (‘63), Mike Michalske (‘64) and Cal Hubbard (‘63). The program’s cover features the image of the facade at the Pro Football Hall of Fame as well as a large Vince Lombardi signature. The interior of the program features a ticket from the award dinner as well as signatures from Curly Lambeau, Don Hutson, Clarke Hinkle, John “Blood” McNally, August “Mike” Michalske, Cal Hubbard as well as several additional signatures from committee members. The signatures are done in black and blue ink and rate a 9 overall. A silver-colored plastic football-shaped pendant that reads “NOTRE DAME” on relief is attached to the corner of the program by a yellow ribbon. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
