Winter baseball contract dated March 1, 1957 between “SAN DIEGO BASEBALL” club of the Pacific Coast League and Clarence Moore in the amount of $550. Ralph Kiner has signed the third page of the contract in blue ink dated March 1, 1957. A second signature is also present in black ink dated June 18, 1990 with the added inscription, “To Big Julke, First class transportation all the time”. At the time of the contract’s signing, Kiner was serving as general manager and announcer for the San Diego Padres, then a then a Class-AAA farm team of the Cleveland Indians.
