Five-time World Series champion Mariano Rivera is the MLB’s all-time leader in saves. He won the World Series MVP in 1999. His cut fastball will eventually guide him into the Baseball Hall of Fame as soon as he is eligible. He saved at least 25 games in 15 straight seasons and posted an ERA below 2.00 in 11 seasons. On the front left tail is a “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with two tracking codes on it: MLB Hologram “653386EK” and Steiner Sports “161928”. Attached are two flag tags that read “2013” and “46”. Below is a Yankees bar code sticker “0000002745”. Outside on the rear collar is an official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the front left chest is an “NY” logo. Player number “42” appears on the back. Both are done in the same navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. Rivera signed the jersey on the left player number “4” in white marker rating a 9. On the right player number “2” he wrote “Exit Sandman - W.S Champs 96,98,00,00,09 - 2013 Game Used”. This jersey was bench-worn, as Rivera didn’t pitch on 5/15/2013 against the Seattle Mariners. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-worn and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an LOA from Steiner Sports.
