Three-times World Series Champion Dwight Gooden made his impact on the MLB as soon as he stepped on the mound. The NL Rookie of the Year turned into an NL Cy Young winner and in 1985 pulled off the pitching triple crown. On the front left tail is a “W.A. Goodman & Sons” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads “METS”. Player number “16” appears on both the front and back. Player name “GOODEN” appears across the back on a white nameplate. All lettering and numbering are done in orange on blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a “1962 1986 25th ANNIVERSARY” patch embroidered. It is signed in blue marker under the front player number “16” rating a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
