Rickey Henderson was the only AL player to steal 100 bases in a season—and he did it three times. The first-ballot Hall of Famer is regarded as MLB’s best ever leadoff hitter. On the inner center tail is a “AIS” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a size “44” flag tag. Across the chest reads “NEW YORK”. Player number “24 appears on both the front and back. Across the back reads “HENDERSON”. All lettering and numbering are done in the same blue on orange on black triple tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a “METS” logo disc patch. It is signed under the back player number “24” in black marker rating an 8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
