On March 31, 1973, Ken Norton stepped into the ring with Muhammad Ali in San Diego, California and took the NABF heavyweight title from the champ. It was Ali’s second defeat in his career. 11 ¾” x 9 ¾” X-Ray of Ali’s broken jaw as a result from that fight. Both fighters signed the X-Ray in gold marker rating a 7 overall.
