Right-handed mitt on the palm side is signed in silver marker by Roger Leonard, with the added inscription “Sugar Ray Leonard used these mitts”. The signature has an overall rating of 8. Accompanied by a photo of Roger holding the gloves. These shoes were worn by Sugar Ray Leonard during training. “GRANT” manufactured black boxing shoes, original laces are present. The “GRANT” manufacturers tag appears on the upper outer ankle of each shoe. It is accompanied with a photo of our consignor with Roger Leonard, Sugar Ray’s brother. A pair of RINGSIDE manufactured black boxing gloves worn by Sugar Ray Leonard during training. The left-handed glove is autographed in silver marker with “Sugar Ray Leonard - train in steel gloves - Roger Leonard”. The autograph rates a 7 overall and pictures of his brother, Roger, holding and signing the gloves. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
