There is a silver plaque on the base of the trophy that reads “PRESENTED TO - LARRY HOLMES - S.A.Y.C. - BOXING HALL OF FAME - ESTABLISHED IN TRIBUTE - TO LARRY HOLMES - JULY-29-1978”. The trophy weighs 2.5 pounds and is in EX condition.
