This 1974 NBA All-Star Game Trophy was presented to Hall of Famer Elgin Baylor during his time as a coach with the New Orleans Jazz. Along with legendary play-by-play announcer Pat Summerall, Baylor provided color commentary for the TV broadcast of the ‘74 NBA All-Star Game. The “BALFOUR” manufactured trophy measures roughly 3” x 4” x 4-½” and weighs 1.5 lbs. The trophy features a spinning two-sided metallic NBA logo enameled in red and blue. The white metal base of the trophy features a plaque that reads “NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSN. - ALL STAR GAME - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON - JANUARY 15, 1974”. The trophy is in VG condition and is accompanied by a LOA from Elgin Baylor.
