The base has a brass plate on it that reads “ZELMO BEATY, UTAH STARS - 21ST PLAYER - IN PRO BASKETBALL HISTORY - TO SCORE - 15,000 CAREER POINTS - ATTAINED JAN.19, 1973”. The trophy is in VG condition.
