It reads “Basketball Hall Of Fame - Certificate Of Election - Andy Phillip - Has Been Elected By The Honors Committee To The - Basketball Hall Of Fame - As College Player”. The date “October 27, 1961” is on bottom left and it is signed by the Chairman of the Honors Committee, William Mokray on the bottom right.
