“Russell” manufactured jersey sans tagging. Across the front is “PACERS” painted in blue with a yellow outline. On both the front and back is the player number “32” in the same painting. Across the back is the player name “WILLIAMS” in blue paint. Williams’ signature is in black marker rating an 8. “Russell” manufacturer’s size tag “36” is on the inside of the waistline of the shorts. The number “32” is painted on in white. The Pacers logo is painted on the front left thigh area. Williams’ signed the shorts in black marker rating an 8. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
