Good things come in threes. Larry Bird earned three NBA Championships, three MVPs, and three Finals MVPs. Bird was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1998. On the front left tail is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag that reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For BOSTON CELTICS”. Another “Sand-Knit” size “46” tag appears below. To the left are two adjacent tags that read “89” and “3”LB”. The inseam has one tag that reads “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. Across the front reads “CELTICS”. Player number “33’ appears on the front and back. Player name “BIRD” appears across the back. All lettering done in the same white tackle twill. At the left chest is the official NBA embroidered logo. Above is the “Follow Through” armband for the owners wife who used to tell Kevin McHale to follow through.The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
