After winning the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2007, Adrian Peterson continued his production and became one of only five players to rush for over 3,000 yards through his first two seasons. Even after a season-ending injury in 2011, Peterson returned to form being the NFL rushing leader in 2012 to go along with his AP Offensive Player of the Year award. Inside the rear collar is a “10-44” strip tag adjacent to a size “L” tag. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. On the v-neck is an official “NFL Equipment” logo shield embroidered. Below reads “VIKINGS” in purple and yellow stitching. On the front left chest is a “50 1961 2010” patch with purple and yellow stitching on white tackle twill. Player number “28” appears on the front and on the back in purple on yellow tackle twill. Player number “28” appears on each shoulder in purple tackle twill embroidered in yellow stitching. Across the back reads “PETERSON” in purple tackle twill sewn directly onto a white mesh nameplate. Above is a “Vikings” logo embroidered. Below the player number on each shoulder is a “Reebok” logo embroidered. Peterson signed the jersey in black marker on the left shoulder above the 50-year patch with the added inscription “12-28-2010 @ Philly Snow Delays 22 for 118, 1 TD All Day” rating a 9. This jersey is unwashed. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
