10/10/2011 Matt Forte Chicago Bears Game-Used Road Jersey (NFL PSA/DNA Sticker • Photomatch • Unwashed)

This jersey has been photomatched to the week 5 matchup of the Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions. Forte stats for this game: 22 Carries for 116 Yards, 4 Receptions for 35 Yards, 151 Total Yards from Scrimmage. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. Inside the rear collar is a “11-44” strip tag. Below is a NFL PSA/DNA sticker “N79999” which comes up as “not found in the PSA/DNA Certification Database” on their website. On the v-neck is an official “NFL” logo shield embroidered. Player number “22” appears on the front, back and both sleeves. Across the back reads “FORTE” sewn onto a white mesh nameplate. All lettering and numbering are done in the same navy blue on orange tackle twill. Above each player number on the sleeve is a “Reebok” logo embroidered. Below each player number on the sleeve is “GSH” painted in navy blue with orange trim. This jersey is unwashed. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
