There are no manufacturer’s decals present. Player number “18” appears on the front, back and inside the left ear hole. Above the back player number is an American flag decal and adjacent is an “NFL” shield logo sticker. A section of the crossbar on the facemask has been removed. All inner padding is intact. Black “Nike” manufactured right-footed punting cleat. Original lacing included. The helmet and cleat was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use.
