Inside the rear collar is a “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag. Attached are two flag tags that read “46” and “10”. On the v-neck is an official “NFL” logo shield embroidered. Below reads “PATRIOTS”. Player number “25” appears on the front, back and both shoulders in navy blue on white on red triple tackle twill. Across the back reads “CHUNG” in navy blue tackle twill on a nameplate. Below the player number on each shoulder is a “Reebok” logo embroidered and a “Patriots” logo done in blue and red on white tackle twill. Chung signed the jersey on the front right chest area in black marker rating an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
