On the front left tail is a “Adidas” size “46” manufacturer’s tag. Across the front reads “UCLA”. Player number “4” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads “AFFLALO”. All lettering and numbering are done in the same blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. Afflalo signed the jersey in black marker on the back player number “4” rating a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
