On the left front tail is the "Adidas" manufacturer’s tag. Attached are four flag tags, "50","+4 LENGTH," "2006-2007" and “CLIMALITE” indicating jersey size, alteration, year and material, respectively. Above is a “Hardwood Classics” tag with “1996-1997” flag tag attached. Across the front is "HAWKS" in white tackle twill. On both the front and back is the player number "5" in red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "SMITH" done in white tackle twill. On the right breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. Smith signed on the back number in black marker rating a 7. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
