1997 AL MVP Ken Griffey Jr. was an All-Star 13 times and a 10-time Gold Glove Award winner. In 1996, Griffey batted .303, hitting 49 home runs and 140 RBI. On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” size “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a tag that reads “2” EXTRA LENGTH”. Below is a year tag that reads “‘1996”. Across the chest reads “SEATTLE” in navy blue on teal on white tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “GRIFFEY” on a grey nameplate. Below is player number “24”. These are done in the same navy blue on teal tackle twill. On the right sleeve is a “Russell Athletic” logo embroidered and on the left sleeve is a “SEATTLE MARINERS” logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
