Warren Spahn was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1973. The 17-time All-Star had his best season in 1957 where he won a World Series Championship and the Cy Young Award. He won 20 games or more in 13 seasons and is the all-time leader in MLB history in wins by a left-handed pitcher (363). Inside adjacent to the button path is a felt swatch with the number “21” embroidered on it. Inside the rear collar is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with a size “46” flag tag attached. Across the front reads “Braves” in red felt on white felt lettering. Below is the team’s tomahawk logo in black felt on yellow felt with red and yellow chain stitching. Leather lined. This jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn by Warren Spahn and in our opinion shows appropriate wear.
