Tony Perez was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000. Perez won three World Series championships and was elected to seven All-Star teams. Inside the front right tail is a “Rawlings” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a tag that reads “SET 1 1978”. On the left chest is an “M” Montreal Expos logo in red, white and blue tackle twill. Below reads “expos”. Player number “24” appears on the back. Across the back reads “PEREZ”. These are all done in the same blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. Player number “24” appears on the right chest in red tackle twill. Perez signed the jersey in blue pen above the front player number “24” and in our opinion, rates a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
