Albert Pujols is the most recent member of the 500 home run club. Pujols has won three NL MVP awards and two World Series Championships with the St. Louis Cardinals. In his first full season in the MLB, Pujols won the NL Rookie of the Year award. Inside the front left tail is a “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached are three flag tags that read “SET 1 2000”, “46” and “2 INCH SHORTER LENGTH”. Across the front reads “Cardinals” in red chain stitching. Above, the “Cardinals” logo of two birds sitting on a bat is done in yellow and red chain-stitching. Player number “36” appears on the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “PUJOLS” on a grey nameplate. These are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill. Outside on the rear collar is an “MLB” logo embroidered. On the left sleeve a “Rawlings” logo is embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Comes with an additional LOA discussing the origin of the jersey as well as high resolution photos which provide an incredible match. Accompanied by seventeen 8” x 10” photographs of Albert Pujols in the featured jersey (one photo signed by Pujols). The photos were taken by Denton Hanna, the official photographer for the Arizona Fall League from 1998-2001, and were used to produce Pujols' Topps and Bowman rookie baseball cards. This jersey is sourced from the St. Louis Cardinals.
