The cut out reads “The 3 Stooges” and is signed in pencil by Moe Howard, Curly Howard and Larry Fine and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. Below the cut out is a small plaque that reads “The Three Stooges”. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
