Ray Bourque holds records for most career goals, assists and points by a defenceman in NHL history. Bourque played 21 seasons with the Boston Bruins franchise and was their longest-serving captain. Bourque finished his career with the Colorado Avalanche, with whom he won his only Stanley Cup in his final NHL game. In the 1993-94 season, Bourque won the Norris Trophy for the league’s top defensive player. Inside the rear collar is a “CENTER ICE MISE AU JEU” strip tag. Below is a “CCM” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions and “100% POLYESTER” on it. Adjacent is a size “54” tag. On the rear right tail is a “CCM” logo embroidered adjacent to an “NHL” shield logo embroidered. On the front is a “EASTERN CONFERENCE” teal on black tackle twill logo with white, black and orange stitching. On the left chest is an “A”. Player number “77” appears on the back and on both sleeves. Across the back reads player name “BOURQUE” on a teal nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in the same black on silver tackle twill. Above each player number on the sleeve is a “1994 NHL ALL STAR GAME MADISON SQUARE GARDEN NEW YORK CITY” patch. In between the back player number, Bourque signed the jersey in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as properly tagged and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Casey Samuelson LOA.
