After spending the first four years of his career in Orlando, Shaquille O’Neal was signed to the Los Angeles Lakers during the summer of 1996. On the front left tail is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads “DESIGNED & TAILORED 96-97 EXCLUSIVELY FOR LOS ANGELES LAKERS BODY LENGTH +6”. Adjacent is another “Champion” size “56” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “BODY FABRIC: COLORS 100% NYLON WHITE 100% POLYESTER”. On the front left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold stitching. Across the chest reads “LAKERS”. Player number “34” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “O’NEAL”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same purple on white tackle twill sewn directly onto the yellow mesh jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
