Thurl Bailey was the best player on the North Carolina State basketball team that won the NCAA tournament in 1983. On the front left tail is a tag that reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For UTAH JAZZ”. Below is a “Sand-Knit” size “44” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent are two tags that read “89” and “4”LB”. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. On the front left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “UTAH JAZZ” painted in yellow. Player number “41” appears on both the front and on the back painted in yellow with white trim. Across the back reads player name “BAILEY” in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the purple mesh jersey. Inside below the rear waistline are six tags: A “89” strip tag, a “41’ strip tag, a tag that reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For UTAH JAZZ”, a “Sand-Knit” size “36” manufacturer’s tag, a “1”HR” strip tag and a “1”LI” strip tag. The inseam has one tag that reads “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. The front right thigh area has an official “NBA” logo embroidered and the front left thigh area has a Jazz logo painted on. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
