Gary Payton was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013. On the left front tail is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads “DESIGNED & TAILORED BY Champion EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE SEATTLE SONICS 1998-99”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads “+3 LENGTH”. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “BODY FABRIC: COLORS 100% NYLON WHITE 100% POLYESTER”. On the right chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the front reads “SONICS” in green on yellow tackle twill. Player number “20” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “PAYTON”. These are done in the same green on yellow on red triple tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. Payton signed in between the player name and the back number in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
