Lawrence Taylor was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1999. Considered one of the best, if not the best defensive player in NFL history. He was a three-time AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year and won the AP NFL MVP in 1986. He won two Super Bowl Championships with the New York Giants, and was named to the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team. On the front left tail is a strip tag that reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For NEW YORK GIANTS”. Below is a “Sand-Knit” size “44” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is an “88” year swatch. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. Player number “56” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves painted in blue with a red paint trim. The nameplate has been removed. There are multiple team repairs. The jersey is off-white due to multiple washings. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
