Frank Gifford was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977. His best season was in 1956, where his team won the NFL Championship and was voted the UPI NFL MVP. The six-time All-Pro selection was named to the NFLs 1950s All-Decade Team. Inside the button path is a “BUTWIN” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is a “THORP” distributor’s tag. On the left chest is an “NY” logo. Across the back reads “GIANTS”. Player number “16” appears on the left sleeve. All numbering and lettering are done in the same white felt. This jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn by Gifford and in our opinion shows appropriate wear.
