On the front left tail is a “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with three attached flag tags that read, “+2” body”, “54” and “2006”. On the left inseam is a tag that reads, “100% POLYESTER” with washing instructions. On the left chest is an “Indians” logo patch. On the right chest and on the back is player number “55”. Across the back reads player name “CARMONA” on a white nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on silver on navy blue triple tackle twill. Above the player name is an official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the left shoulder is a “Majestic” logo embroidered. This vest is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by a Indians Charities LOA.
