25 ½” x 21 ¾” framed black and white photo of Larry Bird with Red Auerbach in the locker room after winning one of their multiple NBA championships together. Bird has one of Auerbach’s signature cigars in his mouth next to a laughing Auerbach and the Larry O’Brien trophy partially showing. Auerbach signed the photo in black pen in the bottom right corner of the photo and in our opinion, rates an 8. Accompanied with the “Dec. 14, 1992” issue of “Sports Illustrated” magazine with Larry Bird and Magic Johnson on the cover. The caption reads “BIRD & MAGIC - Gone—but never to be forgotten”. The cover is signed by Bird in blue marker and in our opinion, rates an 8-9. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
