Adjacent are two strip tags that read “89” and “4”LB”. The right inseam has a tag that reads “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. The left chest has an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “Blazers”. Player number “00” appears on both the front and on the back of the jersey. Across the back reads player name “DUCKWORTH”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on white tackle twill sewn directly onto the black mesh jersey. Inside the rear collar is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads “YEAR 1991 ID# BODY LENGTH +3 SLEEVE LENGTH +3”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam are two tags that read “100% NYLON” and one with washing instructions. On the right chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “PORTLAND”. Across the back reads player name “DUCKWORTH”. Both are done in the same white on red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a “Champion” logo embroidered and on the right sleeve is a “Trailblazer” logo patch. To the right of the button path is a patch that reads “BASKETBALL 1891-1991 CENTENNIAL”. This jersey and warm-up jacket are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and player-worn and in our opinion shows appropriate use and wear respectively.
