Each Hall of Famer signed their respective card under the paragraph and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. Signatures include: Everett Dean, Harold Foster, Ed Macauley, Howard Cann, Robert Kurland, Andy Phillip, Angelo Luisetti. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
