On November 7th, 1988, Sugar Ray Leonard defeated Donny LaLonde for the Light Heavyweight and Super Middleweight Championships at Caesars Palace. LaLonde knocked down Leonard for only the second time in his career, but Leonard responded by dropping LaLonde in the ninth round for the victory. Offered are 42 tickets, all are in NRMNT-MNT condition and are in three (3) groups: Twenty (20) $800 tickets and thirteen (13) $300 tickets and nine (9) $500 tickets. On March 11th, 1989, Evander Holyfield defeated Michael Dokes at Caesars Palace to earn a chance to fight Mike Tyson. Holyfield knocked down Dokes in the 10th round and the fight was stopped, giving Holyfield the victory and a perfect 21-0 record. Forty tickets, all are in NRMT-MNT condition and are $300 face value. On June 16th, 1990, two boxing legends Mike Tyson and George Foreman fought in matches that were labeled “The Road Back” at Caesars Palace. First, Foreman defeated Adilson Rodrigues in the second round to continue his comeback trail to another title shot. After famously losing his championship to James "Buster" Douglas, Tyson defeated Henry Tillman in under three minutes in the first round to start his own comeback towards the top of the boxing world. These are approximately 70 tickets in three (3) groups: Fifty-plus (50+) blue tickets for $500, less than 20 white tickets for $400 and less than five (5) red tickets for $300. All are in EX-NRMNT condition.
