“Riddell” manufactured replica helmet. Chicago Bears orange “C” logo on each side. Perry signed the outer dome of the helmet in silver pen with the added inscription, “The Fridge S.B. XX” and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. On the front left tail of the jersey and inside the rear collar is a “PLAYERS OF THE CENTURY Limited Edition 2004” patch. Below the patch on the front left tail is a strip tag that reads “CHICAGO BEARS # 72 TODD PERRY”. Attached is a size “XL 52” jersey. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. Player number “72” appears on the front, on the back and on both sleeves in navy blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “PERRY” in navy blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. On the left chest is a “Bears” logo. Perry signed his name on the back player number “7” with the added inscription on the back player number “2” that reads, “S.B. XX” in white pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. 10” x 8” color photograph of Perry signed in blue pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. PSA/DNA sticker “K88344”.
