The 2001-02 season ended with the Los Angeles Lakers sweeping the New Jersey Nets in the NBA Finals to complete their three-peat. Shaquille O’Neal was awarded with the Finals MVP, averaging 36.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.8 blocks per game. On the front left tail is a “Nike” size “60” manufacturer’s tag. Attached below is a flag tag that reads “LENGTH + 4”. On the left seam is a “DRI - FIT” tag. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “2001-02” and a materials tag with washing instructions. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. On the right chest is a red, white and blue memorial ribbon with an American flag embroidered on it. Across the chest reads “LAKERS”. Across the back reads player name “O’NEAL”. These are done in the same yellow on white tackle twill. Player number “34” appears on the front and on the back in white on yellow tackle twill sewn directly onto the purple jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
