After his MVP season in 1992-93, Barkley struggled with injuries during the following 1993-94 season. Even while being hampered, Barkley averaged 21.6 ppg, 11.2 rpg and 4.6 apg for the regular season. The Suns lost in the Western Conference Semifinals to the eventual Champion Houston Rockets. On the front left tail is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads “DESIGNED 1993-1994 & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PHOENIX SUNS BODY LENGTH +3”. Adjacent is another “Champion” size “52” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with an attached sticker that reads “INSPECTED BY 045 - 120”. On the front right chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “SUNS”. Player number “34” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “BARKLEY”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same white on black tackle twill sewn directly onto the purple mesh jersey. Barkley signed the jersey in black marker in between the front player number “34” and the word “SUNS”, and in our opinion rates a 7-8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
