In the 1990 NBA Draft, Derrick Coleman was selected first overall by the New Jersey Nets. In his first season in the NBA, Coleman won the Rookie of the Year Award. Coleman averaged 18.4 points, 10.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. On the front left tail is a “Champion” size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a tag that reads, “Custom Designed and Sewn for NEW JERSEY NETS YEAR 90 SLEEVE LENGTH 0 BODY LENGTH +2”. Above are two white swatches, each with a “4” embroidered on it in black. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “NETS”. Player number “44” appears on the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “COLEMAN”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on blue on white triple tackle twill sewn directly onto the blue mesh tie-dye style jersey. Inside on the rear waistline of the shorts is a “Champion” size “40” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a tag that reads, “Custom Designed and Sewn for NEW JERSEY NETS YEAR 90 RISE 0 INSEAM 0”. Player number “44” is written on this tag in blue pen. On the right thigh area is an official “NBA” logo embroidered and on the left thigh area is a “NETS” logo in red on blue on white triple tackle twill. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
