8-¼” x 3” “Pistol Pete” Maravich personal check encapsulated by PSA/DNA (Cert# 65113678) to measure 12-½” x 5-½” and graded MINT 9. It has been filled out and signed by Hall of Famer Pete Maravich. Check number “177” is dated September 2, 1971; paid to the order of “Elite” in the amount of “285.00”. It is signed and filled out in blue ballpoint pen, signatures rates a 9. This rare Maravich check features a game photo of Pistol Pete in his playing days in Atlanta. A red bank stamp is present, dated September 22, 1971, it partially intersects with the two “P’s” in Maravich’s signature. It has been endorsed with a black ink stamp on the verso by “ELITE CUSTOM CREATIONS”, several bank stamped appear on the verso in purple ink. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
