Three strands of John Adams’ hair, mounted in a clear plastic sleeve on a page with color photos, a brief bio and a quote from the founding father and second President of the United States. Also on the page is a color copy of a handwritten note that reads, “hair of the late John Adams taken 4th of July - 1826 - Age 91.” Adams died on July 4, 1826. Accompanied by a LOA from John M. Reznikoff of University Archives, holder of the Guinness World Record for largest and most valuable collection of celebrity hair and is widely recognized as being the "world's pre-eminent historical hair collector".
