Mike Scott has his No. 33 retired by the Houston Astros. In 1986, Scott was the NL ERA and strikeout champion and was awarded with the NL Cy Young Award. He also won the NLCS MVP and threw a no-hitter. On the front left tail is a “W.A. Goodman & Sons” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads “Astros”. Below is the team’s star logo. Player number “33” appears on the back. These are done in the same navy blue on white tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “SCOTT” in navy blue tackle twill sewn onto a white nameplate. On the left sleeve is a “HOUSTON ASTROS 1986 ALL-STAR GAME” patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
