Dale Murphy won consecutive NL MVP awards in 1982-83 and won five consecutive Gold Glove Awards. The seven-time All-Star has his No. 3 retired by the Atlanta Braves. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. A black line from a laundry marker is on the tag. Attached are three flag tags that read “44”, “4 INCH X-LENGTH” AND “B X”. Below is a swatch with “89” embroidered on it. Across the chest reads “Atlanta” with the team’s Tomahawk logo underneath. Player number “3” appears on the back. These are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “MURPHY” in navy blue tackle twill sewn onto a grey nameplate. The left sleeve has a black armband for Tommie Aaron. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
