Harvey Kuenn was the AL Rookie of the Year in 1953, appeared in 10 All-Star games and was the AL batting champion in 1959. After winning the batting title with a .353 average, he played one season in Cleveland when traded for Rocky Colavito. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Inside the rear collar is a white felt swatch with “1960” embroidered on it. Across the chest reads, “INDIANS”. Player number “6” appears on the right sleeve and on the back. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is an “Indians” logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by two photos of Kuenn wearing the jersey.
