Palmeiro has signed the barrel of the bat to the left of the stamp along with the added inscription “GAME USED 2003”. The signature is done in silver marker and, in our opinion, rates a 6. The finish on the bat is cracked and flaking. The bat exhibits evidence of heavy use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA. Further accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
